Masukkan merica, saus tiram, saus cabai dan garam, aduk hingga mendidih. Angkat. Taruh sayap ayam goreng dalam wadah tahan panas. Siram dengan Bumbunya. Panggang dalam oven panas selama 20 menit. Angkat dan sajikan hangat.
